One of the most important aspects of the gathered body of believers as a church is the connection they share with one another. They work together, many parts of a whole, many skills and one goal. They spur one another on toward spiritual maturity and encourage one another through fellowship and discipleship. At Hillcrest, there are opportunities to connect no matter your age or station in life.

Programs for children birth - 5th grade

"Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate."

- Psalm 127:3-5

The heart of Hillcrest is to be the "hands and feet of Jesus" to our community and beyond. We desire to serve others and to reach them with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

"...the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”- Matthew 20:28b

There are numerous ways to serve at Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Whether you are skilled in singing or playing an instrument, are inclined toward caring for small children in the nursery, have the spiritual gift of teaching, or are an efficient and organized administrator, just to name a few, we have a place for you to plug in and serve. Most church members say they grew in their faith and church became like "home" when they got involved in serving in the church. Let us help you find the best fit so that you can serve as the Lord has equipped you and prepared you to be a vital part of His church.
